We've come a long way since launching in 2015 and we've felt the need for a slight revision. Marie-Lou, the founder, decided to alter her small business this year to incorporate her very own creations-scrunchies. Oversized, extra-full, colossal and petite scrunchies were her penchant because, well- who doesn't love a pretty scrunchie?! Why the name Fashion Foster you may ask? The concept of fostering, encouraging, and developing something good is the epitome of her business model. Our audience is our biggest supporter and why we are still here today- so thank you!

Ethical issues are significant within the textile industry, such as low wages, high usage of natural resources, and environmental pollution. We know that ethically sourcing textiles can pose many challenges, especially being a small business. However, Fashion Foster is committed to taking the necessary steps to reduce these impacts. Our focus is on sourcing recycled and end-of-bolt fabrics that would otherwise be discarded in land fils. We are also in the process of transitioning from using plastics to cardboard and paper only. We appreciate your patience during this change.
